Lauren Herbert BSc (Hons) is a highly experienced Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist and Certified Oncology Massage Therapist

Working with a range of issues and clients from elite athletes, work place injuries, postural issues, pregnant ladies, age related aches and pains and young budding sports people. Lauren offers a full range of treatments, postural and stretching advice.

Lauren qualified from the London School of Sports Massage in 2014 after Previously Graduating in 2012 with a 2:1 in Equine Sports Science. Lauren is a Keen Show jumper with British Show Jumping and is passionate about the effects of posture on strength, functionality and pain.

Over the last four years Lauren has  worked and continues to work with elite Rugby teams such as Australia (Wallabies), South Africa (Springboks) and Argentina as well as completing her qualification in oncology massage 

Qualifications: 

As well as injuries Lauren particularly enjoys working with the general public who are struggling with work based postural issues from sedentary lifestyles and the elderly.
